Ventana Canyon Trailhead Reviews & Ratings

  • One of my favorite hike. Roughly 5 miles to go to the pools. That is a steep hike but that is worth it. I made discover my friend Lizzy this place. Gorgeous views from Tucson. I cleaned the route. Some people put some wrong signs. We got in the wrong direction. The path is really obvious now. This hike does not require to climb anything. Bring plenty of water and happy hiking.

  • Beautiful canyon! It's about 6 miles to The Window... The trail starts relatively easy and turns into a real butt kicker for much of it! After climbing the 4,000 feet of elevation gain, standing in The Window was a great feeling I hope to continue to experience! 🀘🏼😊

  • One of the best places in Tucson to experience the great outdoors

  • Amazing views that you can enjoy without having to finish. No severe rock climbing, but there are parts that could be hard for some people. Definitely bring water, but you are not allowed to bring your dogs.

  • Awesome hike.
