  • The motel needs to be updated. The office person (Danielle) was wonderful. She did an outstanding job of finding us a room with a working TV. It took 3 tries and put us in a room that was quiet and had a working TV. We had a problem with the air conditioner but she resolved that as well. One of the most pleasant front desk persons I've ever encountered.

  • This place isn't even worthy 1 star. The "smoke free" facility smelled of heavy smoke. Sheets and pillow cases were filthy. Wires hanging from the ceiling. Cob webs on the lamps. Lamps wouldn't turn on. Requested a refund and was turned down. Paid cash but it wasn't an option to open the drawer and give us our money back. Management called at home and refused it, as well. He said he would talk to us in the morning about it; however we were traveling and would be leaving early, yet he wouldn't come in to speak to us. Front desk worker sketchingly followed us to our car asking us to "take a walk" with him. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable and quickly headed out. Please be safe and avoid this establishment at all cost!

  • People very pleasant. Motel older but clean and the grounds were very well kept. This place deserves to be updated.

  • I needed a place to stay while my house was being worked on. I work at night, so I was afraid I would have to pay for two nights since my short stay during the day would begin and end on opposite sides of the check in/check out time. I am grateful that I only had to pay a small penalty for what I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The clerk was especially helpful when I had trouble getting my door key to work. Turns out I wasn't doing it right. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Despite being about a 100 yards from a major highway I never noticed any traffic noise while I was there. That is somewhat remarkable to me as I am a very light sleeper. There were several other motels in the same area, and they might have been cheaper. I read the yelp reviews for some of those other "cheap" motels, and a couple of the reviewers suffered credit card fraud after staying at those motels. I felt confident that would not happen if I stayed at the motel 6.

  • The management is pretty amazing. They run a tight ship at this hotel. The place is lit up at night no dark places on the property. The managers run off riff raff, I felt safe when ever I had to walk to the office at night. The pool is great. It's quiet. We had an issue with our shower and they promptly gave us a new room. I don't think the managers are very "friendly", they are all business. I stayed 1 week. Stayed not because of price but because of location. I had bought a very expensive chair and had left it behind when we checked out. Thank God they put it up for me and let me come back and get it. The owner is a terrible person. He is loud and hateful and rude. I personally heard and seen him cuss and yell at 2 customers. Absolutely a disgrace to the hotel & hospitality business. He made me sick how he treated those people. Stay here if it's all you can afford but if you can afford something more maybe try the Super 8 across the underpass. And I say that only because the owner is such a terrible person I'd hate for anyone to have an encounter with him. Management hands down make this place safe and the only redeeming quality of this Motel 6.
