  • If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Hip and easy going Design Hotel. We had a Ocean front Cabana, which had great sea/beach views and was very charming. Nice staff and good vibes. I would just say its really overpriced for what you'll get.

  • This place is literally heaven on earth!!! Words do not even do justice in describing not only the incredible beauty of this resort but also the beautiful energy and UNBELIEVABLE service at Papaya Playa. There is this unmistakeable enchanting vibe here that is just infectious! The rooms are amazing and fit perfectly with the whole theme of the resort. Location is perfect! Beach is perfect! Food is perfect!!! The staff go OVER AND ABOVE to ensure all your needs are met and constantly check on you to ensure you are happy and see if they can do anything further for you. I visited in May 2017 with 6 of my girlfriends and every one of us were just blown away by this resort!!! A huge special thanks to Rafael who made our stay extra special!!! We will all certainly be back and cannot wait for the day!!!

  • Absolutely wonderful experience. Everything we did with the hotel was perfect, from booking, to the actual room, to getting help getting back to the airport. Every staff member seems genuinely interested in helping you have an awesome time. The food and drink at the restaurant is delicious, they can bring you stuff while you chill on the beach, it's so bougie. They got paddle rentals and snorkel rentals, and I'd you're a good enough swimmer you can make it out to the reef 600m out. We did a massage and it was the best massage I've had in my life, and I've had a lot. Dude was just an expert. I only stayed for 3 days but the experience here is enough to make me want to visit Tulum again in the future.

  • I went there for the beach and service. You can lay on mattresses with tiki roofs by the beach and have full service with delicious ceviches and octopus tacos ...etc , they have a bunch of cocktails and beers to choose from. They also have a DJ and music with different bars at different levels that look over the beach and the ocean. I love the fact that you can just go in as if you were a guest at the hotel, for free. Great place!!

  • I can only say something for the beach club. Very nice staff food and overall place. Have to check it out once in Tulum!
