Simple, Tulum Reviews
Great fresh seafood place - and as the name will tell you - very simoly done. We had fish tacos, catch of the day, tuna sashimi, tuna burger and sausage tacos - all really really good. Nice and fast service on top of that, and although only 4 desserts to chose from - we ended up with 3 out of 4. I would come back
The best fish restaurant in the world!! Order the Pulpo it will not disappoint you. Spent NYE here and we celebrated with champagne grapes and great music. Much Love to you Richie :)
Simple is one of my favorite restaurants in Tulum. I love how you walk in and they show you the catch of the day and you can pick what you want and talk to the chef about how they are going to prepare it. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I've never had a meal from there that wasn't amazing.
The margaritas were the best so far and 2 for 1 happy hour can't be beat! The service was also really good. Unfortunately that's where the fun ends. The food was really mediocre. Maybe we ordered the wrong items but the fish tacos were the least appealing we have had in Mexico and the fish and chips were not very tasty. Another hit is that they only take cash or American Express but don't tell you until after you eat. I had to break a US bill it being the only way I could pay and they gave me the change in pesos at 5 pesos below the exchange rate. So basically I paid 20% more for an already overpriced and unsatisfying meal. We will not be returning.
Awsome chilled vibe. Great staff. I will be back
