  • Excellent little museum with very nice volunteers. You can explore the grounds on your own with a little booklet you receive at the entrance. Interesting place and history.

  • Cool place to visit. So interesting and so photogenic. About an hour south of Tuscon on the 19.

  • .I live almost right next door...The monument is a great place to visit and well worth the time. The staff are excellent people and when you finish there, walk across the street to visit another piece of history, the old Tumacacori Bar. One of the oldest continuously family owned bars in AZ. Nice people, good drinks all in it's original setting. Go.....

  • Just check this place out. I learned a lot and they had way more than I expected. Great job NPS!

  • As an amateur history buff, I had a great visit to Tumacacori. Arizona history in regards to European settlement began on this river valley, the Santa Cruz. The displays in the museum are excellent and informative. The ancient ruins of the mission are preserved but not restored. I don't really have space here to say enough. Go see for yourself. Be prepared for a $7 entry fee unless you have a senior pass as I did. Do not miss the companion State of AZ park three miles north; Tubac
