The Whickham Hermitage Community Garden is a renowned Victorian walled garden that has been renewed and restored by a group of experts and dedicated volunteers. By visiting the garden, you would be able to walk around it and admire the extensive range of plants while also getting to observe the wildlife pond. There are beautiful garden sculptures which have been designed on-site by talented local artists. A playhouse for the children would keep the little ones engaged while you look at other exciting developments at the Whickham Hermitage Community Garden including the butterfly habitat. At this free-to-use garden, there’s a modern tearoom while plants are also available for sale.
