  • The facility was nice. But parking was an absolute nightmare. Perhaps it's not as bad when events aren't going on, but the garage didn't have nearly enough parking available. Also the garage lanes are very narrow...fine for a smart car, but anyone driving any from a decent sized sedan to a SUV is looking to have your car scraped, bumped, or worse.

  • I booked this hotel through my company website which I guess it is a third party website....on the website, it stated that it was going to be 2 beds in the room when I came to this location to check in, she stated to me that it was only one bed in the room I stated to her and showed my confirmation that there was supposed to be 2 beds, she said she did not have anything available, so it was an issue during check In time they had to give me a bigger room with a roll away bed, which was an inconvenience. Parking Was a little confusing, they only have a limited amount of parking.

  • Here for a conference. I would say the place feels like it hasn't been updated in a decade or two. The common areas downstairs are dated. The food we had was okay, fruits, nuts, cereal, juices - all acceptable. The muffins and croissants were not - very dry. The conference room was nicely built in the 80s, as a graded theater feel, so the speaker can be seen by the audience, but again the colors and setup are old feeling. In an area rapidly changing with Metro access, this, the original tower of Tyson's, needs some love or it will be lost among the glass skyline, by which it will be consumed.

  • Stayed here for a convention this month and the room I was in was a lawsuit waiting to happen. The bathroom was nothing but tile including the shower, the carpet on the floor was buckling. Not to mention the emergency phone was broken in the elevator..so no help there if needed..very poor upkeep. Also nobody working in the so called "marketplace." Hope I never return to this disgrace of a location.

  • Got to stay on the top floor which has a common room that's stocked with food and accessible 24/7 - I wish every hotel had this feature! Made the stay so pleasurable. The view of the trees is beautiful as well.
