Bagore ki Haveli is one of the many stunning palaces in Udaipur. Located amongst other Palaces on the bank of Lake Pichola it is probably slightly subtler on the outside than most other Udaipur Palaces.
The interior is an entirely different story though. The hundred odd rooms of Bagore Ki Haveli hold a very rich collection of artifacts from the time of the royals. From textiles to art, it is an amazing assortment of objects that is sure to take you back in time. There are toys, vessels as well as furniture from the royal era.The glasswork here is simply exquisite. Some of the glass windows with the intricate work and colorful designs make this place absolutely breathtaking.
The elaborately decorated galleries and terraces along with the sprawling courtyards make it an important architectural marvel. In fact it has been preserved as an architectural museum due to its unique grandeur.
