Fateh Prakash Palace - Review

Fateh Prakash Palace Hotel is a prestigious member of the heritage hotels of India. This gorgeous building in Udaipur is a matter of pride for the country. The Palace can be viewed via boat as it is located on the banks of Lake Pichola. It is certainly worth a long regard due to its golden majesty and grandeur.

The Hotel itself is a heritage hotel and is very well equipped with amenities ranging from swimming pools to squash courts. It is sure to be an enjoyable as well as regal experience if you intend to stay here.

You can plan a dinner or lunch at the Gallery Restaurant here. If you love continental food you are sure to enjoy the food as much as the experience. The Sunset View Terrace which is a lake side restaurant on the premises is great for an evening coffee or some snacks. They also have buffet dinners.

Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur Reviews

  • The palace hotel has a grand appearance, room sizes are large and it has a serene environment. Room amenities are truly luxury. A perfect traditional theme is found here and i will definitely come back again.

  • The hotel is one of the best amalgamation between old world charm and modern service the rooms resembles with that of the king huge carpets large polished mirrors and even a fountain in the rooms. The main attraction of the hotel is the magnificent crystal gallery which is one of the largest collection of 19 the century crystals. The only drawback is the approach for the hotel as the tiny streets outside are always full of traffic.

  • It's a palace converted to a hotel. We stayed in the dove Court room and the room was very nice. The view was amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous.

  • Visited fateh Prakash palace to have lunch. Such a nice ambience and delicious food.. Loved the place

  • My stay at the FPP was brilliant! From the moment I stepped into the doors, the staff were polite and very welcoming. I had a lake view room, which was totally worth it-the views are really nice! Didn’t have dinner at the hotel but at the neighbouring Shiv Niwas and they kindly drove me there in the golf buggy. The view at breakfast at the Sunset Restaurant was amazing-I even had a drink here one day prior to dinner! The staff go beyond to ensure you have a great stay-I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
