The city’s assembly hall and exhibition centre, Stadthaus Ulm is the creative centre of Ulm. The building was designed by world renowned US architect Richard Meir in 1990’s and fits in perfectly to what modern Ulm stands for. Originally the Stadthaus was a Monastery which was also a Latin School before it was taken down in 1878. After much though, the present day Stadthaus has turned a new leaf for the city. Take a walk around the building or simply walk in to see art imitating life in the exhibitions which truly add to the cities art pulse. The place also accommodates the tourist office and a cafe. A must for art lovers and curious tourists.

Wonderful breakfast menu and great coffee. Excellent location. Great staff. Breakfast was so good that we returned for lunch the same day, and we weren't disappointed!
Today was one of the more frustrating experiences. The broth of the pancake soup did not taste like home made broth. And the salad was just drowned in dressing. To top it off, the waitress forgot my wine order.
Good range of food, drink and ice creams. Great staff too who are more than happy to talk English. Relaxing place to sit back and watch the world go by plus a great view of the Munster.
The food and coffee are good but the service is quite bad. I stayed 20 minutes waiting to pay and in the end the waitresses were not even answering my calls
