Yatagala Raja Maha Viharaya, Unawatuna Reviews
It is most important Buddhist cave temple in the unawatuna area which belongs to 3rd Century BC. There can be seen many of Temple painting in the inside of the cave wall . As well many of lotus medallions have been painted surface of the cave. The temple has many of Archaeological ruins in the temple. I think it is the most attractive archaelogical place in the area. Wrestlemania local people and other people are come here to see those important Temple.........
Wow. Amazing place. Fantastic rock formations and a wonderful temple. Very peaceful. Huge statuary. There is a expectation that you'll leave a donation.
An ancient temple which is well maintained. The span of the temple is not much but it is a picture perfect setting and has quiet amd peaceful sorroundings. Peacocks roam arround the temple is a bonus for the kids. Didn't see the metallic Statue of Loard Buddha explained in the writing .
