The attraction is the main botanical park of the province. It is a part of the Uppsala University and forms one of the two parts of the University Gardens. King Gustav III donated the land for this botanical Garden to the University. He also laid the foundation stone of the orangery here. The park and garden, which was initially used only for Physicians is now one of the most important tourist attractions here. The garden houses a variety of plants and colorful flowers. All in all, it is a lovely place to spend some time and relax.
