The entirety of the fascination and the mystery of this Basilica revolves around the statue of it’s namesake, which depicts the Virgin, (also known as the Little Hunchback), the patron saint of Valencia. It’s when you step inside that the beauty of the place becomes evident. The paintings of the copula, the fantastic ceiling, the goldwork on the altar and the beautiful ornaments and dresses on the statue itself. Valencia really loves this place. The architecture is Baroque. For the best experience, visit during service.

Basilica De La Virgen De Los Desamparados Reviews & Ratings
Looks good but you won't spend more then 5 to 10 minutes here so good for a quick visit.
The monument church is truely amazing. Bút - so totally overcrowded! Too many tourists, walking in and out, talking while the service is celebrated .... sorry, but this is no respect to this amazing basilica. Nor to the service. Maybe its less annoying in winter time and at the first service early in the morning... the intimicy is completely missing. This is just another tourist attraction. Sad but true. Take it like that and you will not be disappointed.
Beautiful Basilica located next to the Cathedral at the Virgin square. The building is small and simple from outside, inside there are many decorations.
Place of worship and prayer. nice place for a quiet break and rest. Observing respectful conduct.
I really love Valencia because it's the most beautiful city in Europe
