Cambie Bar & Grill, Vancouver Reviews
Nice bar with great prices and decent atmosphere. They make you check your bags and charge you two dollars though so that's kinda inconvenient if you're stopping by after work. Their toilets are eh. Otherwise great though.
A classic patio pub in Vancouver with an attached hostel. Easy to make friends with friendly folks and visitors to the city. Expect a rowdy environment but it's a good time.
Great pub with university feel to it. Not free entry, which sux, and sometimes they close a bit early (like at 2,instead of 3) and kick you out before you can finish your beer. Still, music is great, and so is atmosphere.
Great place for some low-key beers, and soccer on the TV. Ended up catching a world cup match here at 1100 am on a Tuesday and it was perfect. Breakfast was good, and cheap. Service a little slow, but good. Seemed understaffed for a mid-week morning soccer crowd. Smelled a bit like a toilet, but what dive bar doesn't?
It's so good to make new friends. Music is really nice. You can get into faster if you pay 10 dollars per person.
