Kitsilano Beach - Review
Overlooking the gorgeous Burrard Inlet, the Kitsilano Beach is a lively place with people playing volleyball, soaking the sun and walking their dogs. Many boats are available here for sailing and with the view of the distant yachts and the city’s skyline, the beach makes for a great place to click pictures.
Take a walk here in the evenings to see the stunning sunsets that embrace the whole beach with its warm colours.

Kitsilano Beach, Vancouver Reviews
Lovely beach for the summertime. Nothing extraordinary, but there is a nice playground and a really beautiful pool. Lots of grass for people who like to set up blankets for a barbecue or a picnic, and willow trees for shade in the summer. You can practically spend the whole day in kitsilano beach, as there are also food places nearby. If you live somewhere in greater Vancouver, definitely give this beach a go!
My favourite beach in all of Vancouver. It’s more low key since it’s not right downtown and you get the gorgeous views. The beach is beautiful with lots of area for seating. Grass or sand. There are many volleyball posts and a basketball court, tennis court, work out area and playground. Lots of really good restaurants near this area as well. Great area for a walk or for a day at the park or beach!
It was promised that it is a heated pool of 25 degrees Celsius. However, the temperature was well below 20. The kids and some adults in our group were shivering! Second, we were late for 10 minutes to the closing time, a lady came with that kind of upside-down look to us and yelled at us to “You have to leave.” We just were talking and forgot to leave, and if she just asked we would have left. The police men and women around the area were superbly nice compared to that lady. Bad experience!
Great place to go in the summer if you want to relax, play some volleyball, or tennis. Just around the corner is Vanier park, which is great for watching the fireworks.
Great beach 🏖 for weekend fun, busy on week days too....awesome views for photography....had good time during summer lights show ....good for pre wedding photo shoots......volleyball courts, Tennis courts, pool and plenty of parking. Sand, sunshine, water and good restaurant makes it a must visit place when in Vancouver 🌃🏞
