  • Avoid this place during hot summer days unless you enjoy swarming hordes of sweaty humans occupying every possible stretch of beach imaginable. That being said, this is one of the best beaches in Vancouver for an evening stroll, providing fantastic views of the city lights and setting sun. Only a quick walk away, the adjacent parks provide a dog beach, museum, space centres and more! The nearby Kitsilano neighbourhood is a must do for some good food and drink.

  • Wow what a beach, the canadians are so lucky. Took the kids to Kitsilano pool for two hrs. Enjoyed a lovely Thai for lunch. Has a nice walk along the beach. Was $13 for days parking and $12 for the family to enjoy the pool. You get a stamp for all day entry.

  • Lovely beach but so busy! Early mornings or mid week is best

  • Decent beach. Can be super crowded with cheap people on a sunny day, mid May is the best time to go. Weekends are the worst time to go. Better beaches in Vancouver.

  • Great on a Thursday when school is back in! So much space!!
