Rogers Arena, Vancouver Reviews
Rogers Arena is our hockey and smaller event arena. It has high cost catering during events but in general is a great place to watch hockey and concerts. There are some photo opportunity spots throughout the arena and outside without entering the arena. The fifth and third floor suites are fantastic with excellent seating and comfort. The 100 level seats are great. The 300 level seats will still make you feel like you are part of the action. There is significant transit with both buses and a skytrain line stopping at this location. Parking during events can be hard but is available (usually paid). There are a number of bike racks. The entire facility is wheel chair accessible.
Our closest NHL arena. We like to come up here to enjoy Red Wings playing the Canucks. Our second visit was great as we had a tour of the Arena that morning. We were able to get into the visitors locker room. Lots of fun. The Vancouver fans are also good even with the opposing team fans. Great place to watch a game.
Have to give it 5 stars for this visit. Getting into the arena was easy and painless. The staff at every stage were helpful and courteous. The only thing I could hope for would be food prices to magically be lower! All in all a great evening at the hockey game.
The experience at Rogers Arena has gotten so much better over the past year or two... Perhaps to compensate for the lackluster product the Canucks are putting on the ice. The food options have improved and the value for the dollar is fair if not a good deal. The bars near section 330 and on the lower level are terrific and fast.
Rogers Arena is the home of Vancouver Canucks. I watched my first ice hockey game live in Rogers Arena just week ago. I have been to Rogers Arena earlier to watch Red Hot Chili Peppers Concert, Game Of Thrones' Live Concert, Tool Concert and WWE Live. I love the Acoustic of the Arena. The ambience is pretty good too. There is Alcohol served. Multiple food joints. Don't miss your favorite band concert if they play at Rogers Arena.
