The St. Regis made our vacation so much more comfortable! When we got into the Lobby after a very short walk from the Sky Train we were instantly welcomed. The front desk staff was professional and courteous. We purchased the Gotham Steakhouse gift card that is offered through the hotel and our room was upgraded. The room was amazing! We can't wait to go back! My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the Hotel!
Great semi-boutique hotel in a good location central to downtown. Front staff remind me of European front staff, in a good way. It’s small enough to be remembered by name. Included breakfast is good, served in the lower level. Rooms are a good size and always clean. Bathrooms are utilitarian and somewhat small. Street noise can be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.
I stayed here on a business trip last summer, and was very impressed with the level of service. Staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. I arrived early, and they offered to hang on to my bags for me while I explored the city. When I came to check in later they had already brought my bags to my room, and hung up my jacket. Always someone to open the door for me, offer great recommendations for food. Fantastic location, lots within walking distance! The room was tastefully decorated, and very clean. Breakfast was great, but I never got the chance to check out the restaurant. Very enjoyable stay! So much so, that I will be staying there again this week!
The St. Regis is a boutique hotel that has all the fine details covered. The front desk staff are pleasant and very helpful. They go out of their way to hold the door or call an elevator. The lobby is clean and kept stocked with a variety of daily newspapers. Breakfast is included: make sure to order the hash browns! The room was decently sized, with a modern bathroom and clock with USB fast-charging ports. The A/V connection panel didn't seem to work with the TV, as the remote didn't allow a change to the input to select other HDMI or PC-type connections. I'm not sure if this was an issue with the one room (208) or more broadly. It wasn't necessary for my stay, so this is only really a trifling matter. It was a fantastic stay here. I would highly recommend the hotel.
I mistakenly had the incorrect dates on my reservation and they easily changed this for me with no issues. They even upgraded my room as a standard room wasnt ready (I checked in early). The staff was very freindly and helpful and made my mistake no issue. Hotel is very nice and the location is great as well. I will stay here when visiting Vancouver.
