definitely not ruined by 420 festival. this is the best spot to smoke weed and have a drink. completely ignore the bylaws, just be respectful and show people how it's done. set by example. otherwise, I hope to see more concerts held outside here at the park. get outside! thanks sunset beach
One of the best places in Vancouver to spend a sunny day. Full of things to do, nice restaurants and an amazing view (sunset beach is a very well deserved name). Obviously it is not a Caribbean beach, but Vancouver has made the best out of it
This is beautiful quiet beach/chill area away from the English bay crowds. Never packed and a good area for a chill afternoon laze about or a weekend picnic. Very clean and with a restroom close by. Very romantic at night due to its views and relatively peaceful and quiet nature. I’m very fortunate to be living about a 10 mins walk from here. A must visit a long the never ending seawall are of downtown Vancouver. The hills offer a fantastic vantage point for the annual symphony of light that happens at the end of July coinciding with Pride! The pride beer garden also takes place at this park on the first Sunday of August!
Perfect place to relax and unwind. Great spot to watch sunset. Definitely one of the best places and a must visit place in Vancouver.
Great spot on a sunny day. Great little concession stand. Kids favorite spot for ice cream on bike rides.
