Sunset Beach, Vancouver Reviews
There is a reason why it's called the Sunset Beach. The view is gorgeous during dusk. The yellow lights of sunset and silhouette of landscape are nice to watch.
Great beach to tan on the sand, okay games on the field and of course watch the sunset. A lot of events are also hosted here which adds to the already fabulous vibe it has.
It definitely lives up to its name. A nice place to sit and watch the water or the city in any weather. Just be sure to bring an umbrella or blanket with you when it is raining. :)
A pretty beach for a picnic as there is a large grassy area. The sand isn't very nice, it's fairly rocky so it's not really the best beach for swimming, but rather a great place to spend a sunny afternoon. There are public washrooms, an outdoor shower, and a food stand that offers basic beach eats.
This evening it was very foggy, lights looked hazy. Fortunately, I found my way to Bidwell & Beach. While walking I felt like a blind person. During summer this is a wonderful area to spend time relaxing next to a log, listening to waves splash against the shore. Beautiful spot
