  • Liberty was sort of a happy accident for our group. We happened to see the sign, had some time, and decided to stop in! It was great. The look and feel of the place is fantastic. A perfect blend of old time industrial and modern touches. Their house made gins, whiskey and vodka are all also great and well worth the stop. However, the cocktails really took center stage for us. Each one tried was extremely well made and delicious. If you’re in the area be sure to stop in! You won’t regret it.

  • Kid friendly early. Whistle punk best basil drink I've had.

  • Locally brewed and distilled drinks. I liked the vodka and the gin, but the whisky is alright, not that great. Their white whisky was kinda disgusting. Their 2nd tier whisky is okay with some water. 3rd and 4th is much better. Ages 3 years only I think if they aged 4 might be even better, but yeah interesting place. Nice ambient and good service.

  • Tasty and unique cocktails. Friendly staff. Ready access to the distillery. Would definitely recommend.

  • Frequently visit. Jack makes the best cocktails I've ever tasted and trust me I drink a lot! Plus Jack's knowledge of whiskeys and the the whole distilling process is fantastic and amplifies the experience
