The Liberty Distillery, Vancouver Reviews
Locally brewed and distilled drinks. I liked the vodka and the gin, but the whisky is alright, not that great. Their white whisky was kinda disgusting. Their 2nd tier whisky is okay with some water. 3rd and 4th is much better. Ages 3 years only I think if they aged 4 might be even better, but yeah interesting place. Nice ambient and good service.
Tasty and unique cocktails. Friendly staff. Ready access to the distillery. Would definitely recommend.
Love their tasting menu and the happy hour! I ordered the whiskey flight, then the gin flight.
Frequently visit. Jack makes the best cocktails I've ever tasted and trust me I drink a lot! Plus Jack's knowledge of whiskeys and the the whole distilling process is fantastic and amplifies the experience
We didn't have a ton of time spent here but it was recommended so many times and such highly reviewed that we decided we had to check it out. The bartenders were very knowledgable and the spirits were wonderful. The bottles are very high priced but also extremely delicious. We would have loved to spend more time here!
