  • This Tim Hortons is amazing! I really love coming to this one! The staff was on their game! They catered to my needs and helped my overweight wife get into her seat. I had a very great experience!

  • Decent location. Have to walk downstairs. It’s quite busy. Will get greeted by pan handlers but it’s by a bus stop so many people drop by before or after boarding bus. It’s very central. Staff are nice and efficient. Across from McDonald’s.

  • Slow, have hard hearing, talk back when they make a mistake rather than just saying sorry. Today April 21st 2018 12:30 I was called to cashier and then she just disappeared because she was still helping the previous customer without telling me. Another cashier asked for next customer and the guy behind me steps in front after noticing that I'm not being serviced. I said excuse me I was next in line and then the cashier says the lineup is there is that I was called you that cashier and she's not helping me. That cashier started back talking me saying that she's helping someone else in a rude way. She should have simply apologized for her mistake rather than talk back to me Sometimes when I go to this location of Vancouver City Center I have to repeat what I'm ordering three times and I don't have an accent I speak clearly and loudly.

  • Fast service. Close to work. Great location by the skytrain entrance. Small space.

  • I went there April 22 for order hot chocolate. I was rush to get train. When I start drink it, I realize it smell hot chocolate but the taste like hot water. I'm really disappointed what they did to me. When I paying I hear " tubeg??" . I just don't get it. Bad staff training.
