  • Friendly staff and extensive grounds. Not very expensive but also it is more wild versus a well manicured garden. We went in mid May and they were doing a lot of maintenance so avoid that month. The forested areas are great if you don't have time to go to a park like Lynn valley, but I wish their gardens were more lush. If you are in the area and have some time it is worth a visit.

  • Too many paths closed was enjoyable. The tree top walk is very fun but very scary for those not use to heights as the bridges connecting do sway and there are some pinch point between the metal grates. Overall great time saw eagles Robins and many other birds as well as smelling some of the floral scents on the way to the north garden through the moon gate is well worth it.

  • Beautiful gardens - easy to wile away 2-3 hours. Mixture of native woodland & planting plus many Asian trees & flowers. Also extensive alpine section + food prowling & physical garden. The Greenheart treetop walk costs extra -& is not for the faint-hearted.

  • Very nice walk through the gardens, we came too late to buy tickets for the tree walk. Which is an extra cost. UBC students get free admission which was great for my daughter. A good variety of plants and trees.

  • The garden isn’t super structured but it is full of interesting things. The gift shop is great and they sell a ton of special and unique plants and seeds for good prices. Worth a look.
