  • This place was packed when we went here, mostly locals! Simple food- Italian cold cuts and baguette sandwiches for something like 1 euro a piece. I wish there were more condiments or veggie combos to add flavor. As the Italian man next to us in line said, "This is a proper place".

  • AWESOME SPOT for those who would like a glimpse into the student and local experience for cheap cheap .60 cent wine and basic sandwiches. A little sad that the sandwiches were just baguettes and meat and no sauce or lettuces BUT this was the spot to see students and young adults get a little pick me up in the afternoon. Made some friends in Venice and brought them here for a good time!!! Probably had ten rounds of Chardonnay and spent 2 hours here while making friends with Tony and some locals. This was what I can remember as a good time in Venice. Very lowkey and also very fun.

  • Good breakfast option salty and sweet options. Both very good. And this is Italy cappuccino just perfect

  • Mini sandwiches for 1€ each. And they are delicious. What more can you want?? Lol. I've gotten 2 sandwiches for breakfast and was perfectly content. Breakfast for 2€ is a pretty good deal to me. They also have a selection of wine for under 1€ for each glass. The place is also really close to the bus/train station. Definitely come here if you're stopping by Venice.

  • Used to be a place for locals only, but thanks to this crazy invention called “The Internet”, its become a focal spot for anyone with a smarphone and opposablw thumbs. Close to the train station and the bus terminal, go there to have Aperitivo. Don’t expect anything fancy. You squeeze inside the 2 squared meter bar, wait for your turn, order and you are served with plastic cups and paper dishes. Next, you sit down in the nearby square and enjoy a drink with some cheese and salame, watching the boats go by in the canal. Super cheap, a must-try in Venice. Be careful of the seagulls that prey on clueless tourists with unattended edibles. They resemble more like hawks.
