Tosa Pool At Hoyt Park Reviews & Ratings

  • This is a great pool to have in our neighborhood. I am rating it a 3 because they now charge $8/person, including a child of 3 or older. I attempted to go just now with my child and they have changed the hours on Sun evening. It used to be open until 8pm. This was great for my family as my son naps after church on Sun and we could still go and enjoy our evening at the pool. Now they close at 5pm for non-members. My husband and I work full-time. This pool closes early during weekdays and early on weekend. Not ideal for our family.

  • Great zero depth area for kids and a fun playset with slides. Lots of chairs and shaded areas. Lifeguards take yelling at everyone very seriously. I'm all for safety and I'm glad they pay attention but it gets old hearing them holler all day. Water wings aren't allowed but puddle jumpers and life vests are. Nice concession stand but it is pricey. It would be nice if they had a spectator or resident discount or if kids under 4 were cheaper or something.

  • Great area for families in the summer. Pool and park with parking lot and walking trails. Also a beer garden for the adults. Nice way to get out with one age group winning out over others.

  • Beer garden overall is great however, they need to add more pick up windows for beer and food. Stood in line for more than 45 minutes to get a beer and order food. The wait for the food was another half hour. If I hadn't got the largest size beer I would have had to stand in line my whole visit.

  • Love Milwaukee beer gardens where all generations gather to enjoy company in a park, and celebrate summer and beer. Many craft beers on tap. Basic food for sale... pizza, brats, soft pretzels. But feel free to bring g in your own food.
