Danube Bike Path - Review
The Danube Cycle path is one of the coveted places to cycle for the sports enthusiasts in Vienna. It is about 365 kilometres in length and runs from the Bavarian city of Passau to the Slovakian capital Bratislava. This cycle path encircles the picturesque river and thus offers a refreshing retreat. While covering this loop, you will come across Liz, a place for exploring modern art and architecture along with many other attractions such as Wachau Valley with its castles, abbeys and vineyards. The world famous Austria’s biggest Benedictine Abbey “Stift Melk” and the famous ruin in Dürnstein are also a part of this loop and thus make it a coveted ring to cover. There are bed and bike accommodations available on the path.
