Translated as the Franciscan church, this is a Roman Catholic parish church that is dedicated to Saint Jerome. This church was erected in 1603 and its exterior exhibits the high Renaissance style, however the interiors are Baroque in style and look ravishing. The high altar depicts Virgin Mary that was designed by Andrea Pozzo in the year 1707. What makes this church an important one to visit is that it houses the oldest carved organ in Vienna. Do visit this church if you wish to see the confluence of styles of architecture in Vienna!
