A must visit for architecture buffs, the Haas Haus was designed by celebrated Austrian architect Mr. Hans Hollein. A stark contrast to the neighbouring historic buildings, the Haas Haus’ reflective glass reflects the St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One part of the building houses a hotel, a restaurant and a cafe while the remaining building house a retail fashion store. Although this clubbing of the historical and the modern architecture was not initially applauded by the citizens of Vienna, however, this area today has become one of the symbols of Vienna and a reflection of modernity that reflects history well.

  • A great small cafe in the heart of Vienna. Visited on 8th Dec 2018 People: 2 Ordered: Great Italian breakfast and Shakshuka. Food was great. Would highly recommend. Accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly, not made for big groups of people. Food: 5 stars +++ Highlight: My Italian breakfast comes in 2 courses, and the best part about it was croissant with apricot jam and it was one of the best croissants I have had in my life! Buttery and flaky. Advice: Book in advance on weekends. Can get pretty full. Ideal of groups of 2 to 6.

  • Great brunch place. Nice selection. Just wish there were more seating

  • Went there twice, staff was perfect, the food was even more amazing and the prices were very reasonable. Best breakfast place I've tried so far!

  • Very nice place. Helpful staff. If you are vegan or vegetarian not much option.

  • Recommended to us by a Viennese, great food and local. Tried local dish with a great wine.
