  • One of my favorite museums It has a great collection of paintings. I love the works by Brueghel that they have on view. In the winter, you can visit the Christmas market outside where they have hot wine and cider as well as sausages and souvenirs. I recommend going in the evening when there are less people. It is very pleasant when it is quiet. The building itself is beautiful.

  • I visited an exhibition of Pieter Bruegel. It was an stunning visit in beautiful architecture in excellent condition. The paintings were an extract of what he created. I was impressed... but see by your own 😉

  • Fantastic museum with lots to offer, from art to historical exhibits. It's absolutely massive though, so be prepared to spend the better part of the day if you want to give every section of it ample time. There's a coffee and pastry shop inside that is a bit overpriced, but provides a nice break after hours of exploring.

  • A whole day would almost not enough to enjoy the whole exhibition, if you are interested in classical arts. Stunning place, "must see" in a lifetime. Great memory I got from being and seeing there. I'll always remember.

  • This art museum is huge! Took us nearly 3 hours to complete and this was done rushing through many exhibits. Found the Collection of Greek and Roman Antiquities to be particularly refreshing as well as the Egyptian collection. The view of the museum cafe from the second storey is not to be missed as well.
