  • Fantastic selection of modern art, for 8 euros on Thursday 6-9 you can see everything the Mumok has to offer. The history section was particularly interesting! Current exhibition ‘55 Dates’ is also very unique!

  • Great space for an art gallery. I wasn’t impressed with most of the current exhibition, so didn’t feel I got good value for my €12, but that is only a matter of personal taste. There are always at lease a few pieces that inthrall, entertain and or amaze one with their technical excellence which stay in ones mind for more than a fleeting moment. So I didn’t go away unsatisfied.

  • Ultra Modern Art Gallery, an experience in itself? 7 floors all connected by glass lifts, with glass floors. There is a shop, toilets and lockers! Massive gallery, and fun contempory Art Works and Installations, a very interactive Gallery where you can actually become part of the Art? Well worth visiting!

  • Fairly racist guards on the fourth floor who allow local kids to run their hands over the exhibits but whenever a person of color gets too close, they will shout. Happened more than a few times (two Asian couples and a poor Indian guy) Otherwise i would say four stars for a well designed space. Some of the pieces are genuinely thought provoking

  • If you're into architecture, check the building out as it's pretty awesome. The art collections however... Well. I'm tired of that kind of art, especially knowing what amazing contemporary artists exists ourdays. But, museums are often late when it comes to art. News flash: we're back to mastering techniques and art care about the environmental crisis. We only liked the exhibit about the history of Wien through photography.
