  • Amazing town hall square, one of the best in Europe if not the best. Absolutely beautiful and always has fun activities. The summer festival goes on for months every day with food, drinks, live music and movies. Winter is beautiful with the Christmas market and unique ice skating rinks. All year a great place to go!

  • Great place to spend summer evenings: wide choices of food and drinks. The open air cinema offers diverse projections from movies to opera and ballet. Enjoy!

  • I was amazed by the brilliant lighting of the Rathaus, which is a massive elaborate building in the background of the most famous and the biggest Christmas market in Vienna, to add to the glorious scene are the smell of gluwein mixed with roasted sweet nuts and fresh bakery, the cold weather, the roar of hundreds of visitors, the music of holidays and vivid colors of Christmas tree decoration and gift shops. There are few other less touristy Christmas markets in Vienna, but this one has be checked its sheer beauty.
