Stadtpark - Review
Established in 1862 and spread across approximately 28 acres, the Stadtpark is a beautiful park full of manicured lawns, a waterside walkway (Vienna River cuts through the park), play area and has statues and sculptures of world famous musicians. Head over to the Stadtpark if you have a couple of hours to spare and breathe in the beauty and serenity of this place.

Stadtpark, Vienna Reviews
If you're looking for a photogenic place that's easy to reach from the city, this could be what you need. It has a nice bridge and lots of grass, but the real attraction for me was the water. Bright green in summer to the point of being emerald. That and the ducks that glide across the water make it great. The cherry on top is the plentiful seating, meaning setting up a tripod doesn't need to be uncomfortable or a hassle on a hot day.
Very nicely kept park, with river feature (although water levels were very low during our stay). The park has several places to eat and drink, lots of seating, statues of Vienna’s musical heritage and at all times very safe. We visited in the morning, afternoon and at 11pm at night, each time it felt very safe. There is an underground station that takes you across the centre of Vienna.
Gorgeous park. You can sit on a bench or have a picnic or layout on the lawn. Excellent music from street performers. Great place to spend a morning, afternoon, or early evening. Close to the Underground.
A very nice place to relax. Wide area of greenery and trees giving space to relax, find shadowed even a bit silence. At the edge of the park you find a nice restaurant with garden to sit. Outside of the park are also restaurants and cafes.
Small but spacious park 10 mins walk from the old city centre in Vienna. Lots of benches with lots of shade. Worth an hour or two with a good book or to people watch. Cafe in the park, small lake and some good statues to enjoy.
