  • Greens were good and rolled true and fast. Playing golf n midweek and early afternoon allowed me to finish my n three hours. Course done n better shape than the Ridge but not in as good of shape as Osage National and Bear Creek Valley golf courses.

  • Have been coming down to the Ozarks to golf for the last 10 years. Out of those 10 we’ve probably played The Cove 6 times. Always been a fun course and a blast to play. Played this morning and even as we were paying our green fees they were telling us how busy it was going to be behind us because they had let the earlier morning tee times schedule behind us so it would be warmer when they teed off. When we were about 4 holes in, a course attendant stopped and mentioned he thought we should play faster (we were in a foursome playing a 2-man best shot). We weren’t rushing but we weren’t wasting time looking for lost balls. At the turn we stopped for a couple drinks and a quick bite to eat and the pro on duty asked how it was going. We mentioned the encounter and he said that with their busy schedule we should pick up the pace. At this time we mentioned that his poor scheduling choices weren’t out problem. We no sooner than teed off on hold 11 and another attendant stopped to once again make notice of pace of play. At this point we were getting irritated and explained for a third time that we were in fact playing at a reasonable pace, and when it was stated that playing individual balls would be even slower, he said we’d be asked to leave at that point. Our group of 8 (two tee times, played in separate groups of four), paid for 8 green fees, carts, bought food, drinks, and supplies, and was treated poorly from the very start. To be clear, we were definitely playing at a reasonable pace. It took a little over 4 hours to play 18 holes. We will definitely never play this course again.

  • To start with the positive, the staff was super nice and it was a challenging layout which was fun. Unfortunately the course was in terrible shape for the amount of money you pay. There were tee boxes that were basically mud and hard to find a level stance. The fairways were in average shape. Definitely not my favorite course.

  • Great course for the price. Very challenging too. Lots of water, sand traps and narrow fairways. Bring plenty of balls. Sign up for their free discount membership to save some money.

  • I loved this course! Great service from all of the staff. The course was in great shape and it was INCREDIBLY challenging, but so much fun! I can't wait to play it again!
