Initially built in 1604, the Church of St. Michael was a Roman Catholic church that now primarily serves as a Church Heritage Museum. The original building was burned down in the war with Russia around 1655-1662, but rebuilt soon after. The architecture has influences of the Renaissance period transitioning into Baroque style. The interiors look ravaged by time, but easily show the splendor once enjoyed by the Church. The belfry also has a weathervane which is a denotes the devil being crushed under the feet of Saint Michael the Archangel.
