  • This place was pretty good. Only complaint I had is that a water pipe busted somewhere and there was no water for about four hours. Luckily we were clean and headed out for the evening. Staff was friendly. They did call a few times with the time share pitch but I got them straight. I told them I'm here to enjoy my family not for a time share. People complained about staff not wanting to give out extra towels/linen, we didn't have an issue. Resort is right off the board walk. Parking deck right across the street, which wasn't an issue.

  • Very nice hotel. My family has been coming for years and we don't have many complaints. Only thing that could be better is if they upgraded the furniture in the rooms. They haven't changed since the day we started staying here, nearly 10 years ago.

  • We exchanged our time share for this hotel for the year. Accommodations were overall horrible. We were not able to check in at check in time due to the room not being ready because of not enough housekeeping. Bathrooms had a lot of mold. No bath towels in our second part of the suite and could never get anyone on the phone from the room to fix any issues. Any problems with anything you had to go to front desk and they got to helping you whenever they felt like it. No maid service through out the week and again if you needed anything you had to go to the front desk. Note that parking is 10 dollars a day which they do tell you. The only good thing about this place is proximity to beach and Boardwalk. Otherwise stay away.

  • terrible experience. my wife and I came on vacation with my parents. my parents booked a one bedroom that has a pull out couch. when we went to bed we realized that there was no pull out couch. called up front and didn't believe us so they sent a maitence employee to our room. they said they would find a bed for us. DID NOT HAPPEN, DIDN'T EVEN CALL TO TELL US WE HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. the next morning we talked to the front desk. they said they were to busy to come back later. inconsiderate if you ask me. the time shares are 75000 dollars and we slept on the floor with no accommodation. we later went to the desk and they had no idea our experience. took an hour to get us a room and we had to pack and move to a new room. well the new room has a balcony in the living room. great, but the room next to ours. their main bed room window butts up to our balcony so when they have their window open they see everything your doing on the balcony. talk about no privacy. the worst set up ever. so if your sleeping in the master bed room, your neighbor s next to you are out on the balcony. have fun trying to sleep.... the bad experience goes on and on. this place does not care about you AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! WE CAME/PAID FOR A VACATION AND FELT LIKE IT WAS MORE OF A HASSLE THAN EVER

  • Great location on the beach. Decor is a little dated but functional. Water pressure in the shower was like a firehouse! Too bad the kitchen sink didn't share the same pressure. Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. Ice machine on odd floors. Tried 9... No ice. Tried 7... No ice. Finally got ice on 5th floor. Don't know if it's just because it's been so hot, or ice machines are in disrepair. Very nice place. A little congested traffic at check-in on weekends. Air conditioner is annoying... the old hotel type that doesn't have a thermostat with actual temperatures. Just set colder or warmer... woke me up every time it cycled on or off. But location is king and this is a great location.
