Iskcon Temple - Review

If you're looking to get in touch with your inner spirituality, this temple built by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness or ISKCON, is the place you need to head to. One of the major temples of the organization, this white structure will welcome you with chanting sung by devotees all around the clock. The temple is dedicated to the divine brothers Krishna and Balaram, and was built in 1975 and ever since has been renowned worldwide with devotees flocking here from all over the globe. The aarti is something that should not be missed while one is here, as it is indeed quite a sight to witness.

  • Is spiritually sound place and a good aura to connect to God people here are almost diffused with Almighty they have no lust for money and personal belongings there is an energy inside the temple that attracts you towards the almighty if you meditate here for half an hour you will be so much in peace and delighted that you will make it your habit I am very much pleased with this place. God is great. Overall a new and enriching experience in one's life. Something new and fabulous. In the outer skirts of the city lies this. People here are co-operative. You can visit here very often along with the family. Car accessible entrance. Car parking facilities are also available.

  • Very nice temple, Devotee chant hare Krishna. You can feel vibes of mantra here. This place give you a calmness to your mind. Photography is not allowed here but I think it should be allowed here. Nice prasad. You must spend some time here either for chanting or meditation.

  • Nice ambience. Visit in early morning and evening for aarti. Closes in the afternoon. Food in the canteen is very expensive. Open seven days a week. Recording and photography is permitted but limited. On main road. Easy to visit via road.

  • Very nice place for spiritual solace. Unfortunately some of the trustees and mainly employees lack empathy and warmth for visitors, which is sad. Anything but love at a Krishna temple is not done

  • The ISKCON temple in Vrindhavan is something extraordinary. One of the most beautiful temple designs. It truly give one a sense of other worldliness. Its definitely a place to visit and experience in Vrindhavan.
