Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens, Wagga Wagga Reviews - Write a Review

  • Brilliant!!! Our local council could learn alot from the layout of these gardens..just stunning... and the free zoo is magnificent to stroll around with the kids...we spent 4.5 hours here and still didn't see everything...only downside for us is that we spent so long wandering around we missed lunch at cafe... maybe need to extend lunch hours especially now weathers warming up...had to leave to find food

  • Great place for a picnic, great for children with plenty of play areas, and don't forget the fantastic ride on railway. Lovely open-air chapel, great to spend a little time there reflecting on the creation around your.

  • A great place to take the family for a play at the park, a look through the animal sanctuary and a place to eat. I really enjoy the cafes scones!

  • Camellia gardens are supurb in late September. Nice to see the cactus and protea gardens open this time. Good play area for children and lots of animals to see. Avery is currently closed for redevelopment. They start closing up some parts of the garden early at 3.45.Would be nice if it stayed opened later and had more of a visitor information centre.

  • Great Park with Heaps of play equipment and facilities. BBQs and covered eating areas make it a great place to take the kids or group. There is also a small zoo attached to it and beautiful gardens.
