  • Soo nice to walk end to end. Clearly see the changes from season to season, storm to storm, swell to swell. North end gets busy with the resorts right there and Five Palms restaurant is a nifty place to watch the people and the ocean and have a decent (not fabulous) meal with pleasant service. The mid sections of the beach tend to be more quiet and 'local'. Swimming the whole length is lovely though watch for the rock that gets exposed when the sand moves with the tides.

  • Beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. The water isn't too rough but it gets deep quickly. Sunset was nice but the sun dips behind another island just on the horizon as it sets. This doesn't spoil the sunset though and I plan to watch it from here again.

  • Our favorite beach on Maui so far! There are waves, there are snorkeling and great sand with long waves to build castles. Free parking and bio toilet. No strong wind before the lunch time

  • Soft golden sand, always sunny dry weather. Perfect swimming beach. Love it!! 😁👙🌺

  • So the actual park was closed the day we visited. We still managed to go to the beach next to it. Very beautiful. Awesome sand Very little shade tho. Bring an umbrella if you have one. Most Airbnbs provide a couple. The water had the perfect temperature and there were a lot of people snorkeling and scuba diving
