Spa Grande Reviews & Ratings
This is usually my favorite place to stay and usually well worth the price tag and the resort fee but this time around they were re doing the pool. Which is the main reason of my stay. The staff is friendly but really felt ripped off with the resort fee when there was only one pool available. We were not notified of the remodeling when we booked and was disappointed when we found out that only one was available. Tried going to the one but was so crowded that we couldn't enjoy it. The receptionist Sophie J . was awesome 5 stars for her. The room was really nice and the view was amazing. But when going to resort really wish I could enjoy the resort. The pools unfortunately were done after we checked out. Parking was pretty steep as well. I think with we paid over $80.00 a day with tip for parking going in and out and tips. Overall would have been 5 stars. If not for the fees and not able to enjoy what you paid for.
This resort is amazing! If you ever have a chance to go, I highly recommend it. Everyone is so friendly, they go out of their way to make sure you're happy. The grounds are immaculate. Both pool areas are great, we loved playing in the activities pools and relaxing in the lazy river and hibiscus pool. The service in the cabanas is excellent. We loved the luau. My husband did a few days of scuba and couldn't say enough good things about how fun it was and how great the instructors were (he says Marc is amazing). We ordered room service extensively and enjoyed getting to lounge around and enjoy paradise, and this is the best place to do that!
Amazing all around. We were there during Hurricane Lane and the hotel really stepped up to make sure people were comfortable and well taken care of. When options were limited due to closings in the area, the hotel stepped up and provided all meals free of charge for all guests for multiple days. The resort is stunning and the location is great. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. If you have kids, they will love the water park, most adults seemed to be having fun as well.
What an amazing experience. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable. But your in Hawaii, so why sit in a room? The beach is on property, which is a huge bonus, the staff is super friendly and attentive. Delicious food and drinks.
My favorite resort of all time. The lobby is beautiful. We spent the extra money for the Napua Tower and it was worth every last penny. Breakfast, snacks, happy hour and desserts made our trip that much easier. The best pool I have ever been to. Between the water slides and the water elevator, I never saw my kids (which was awesome). The beach front is great too! In walking distance to shopping. Coming back in May or June 2020!
