Want to get to know, what it was like during the second World War? The story of this place might help to understand. SztolnieWalimskie is an area where you can find a network of underground tunnels that were constructed during the war. It consists of seven underground structures located in the Owl Mountains. A number of innocent people had lost their lives here. As soon as you enter, a wind of eeriness washes over you. It is very damp and humid. It probably might be the most mysterious place you’ve ever been too.

  • Not worth visiting. Especially if you don't understand polish. Audio guide is not very informative and you have to wait for ages until the polish guide has finished his story. You will find all information on the Internet anyway

  • Great place to visit, full of mistery and 2nd world war hostory.

  • Very interesting place. The guide was great. The only bad thing is, that the groups of visitors were too big.

  • interesting place if u like history

  • Very interesting part of RIESE. Guide took us inside to all 3 tunnels and explained everything (also audio guide in other languages). They have here some SPECIAL EFFECTS to take you back in time - very good idea and part of visiting. Even though they have no idea what was to be here you can see V1 and V2 models in 1:1 scale. Pretty nice!
