Many of the exhibitions were not open when I was there, so we only saw the exhibition about the restoration of the castle, but that was a great exhibition! I loved the videos and the storytelling and that they used both videos and text. You learn a lot about Polish and Warsaw history too when you do this exhibition, so I highly recommend that you check it out.
A very interesting place to visit with a lot to do and see. The inside of the Palace is beautiful. I suggest to visit early in the morning. We stood a good 2 hours in line before we managed to get inside.
Reconstructed version of the historic Royal Castle on Warsaw destroyed in WWII. Opulent rooms, although not a lot of them. I went on Wednesday, which is free admission day, but also sees about 1/3 of the rooms and art collection closed. Audioguide was quite good. Quite easy to do in 1-3 hours, depending on how long you look at things
A treasurehouse of beautiful historic rooms which contain many works of art and beautiful features. There is a lot to see and the building itself, though rebuilt after being razed to the ground by the Nazis, feels authentic and atmospheric. It is a testament to the enduring spirit of the nation. Another unmissable if you visit Warsaw.
Beautifully restored but I really didn't feel like there was that much to see. The exhibition in the basement was excellent but short, and the gallery was quite small - though it did have some Rembrandt, if you're into that kind of thing. I left feeling like I'd missed 3/4 of it (which is quite possible).
