It's the national theatre, maybe the building itself really is worth visiting but you go there primarily to see the performances and those are usually great. Madame Butterfly, the Magic Flute, Carmen, they are all fantastic so go if you have a chance. Polish musicians, especially the violinists, are really good and the tickets are not as much as in Berlin, Vienna or Milan. Definitely recommend
Beautifull theatre where is possible to watch the best theatre plays. Elegant inside and majestic outside
A beautiful historic opera house that is gracefully decorated with lavish interiors. The building is situated in the city centre with a variety of public transport very close to the entrance. You can get an excellent box which is amazing value for the sheer quality and excellence of the opera. Overall I think that this experience is excellent and I would highly recommend it.
Very good location and fasilities
This is a grand and atmospheric concert hall with plenty of style and some world class operatic productions. Several floors of bars and exhibitions help to while away time at intermission.
