Albert Einstein Memorial Reviews & Ratings
The Albert Einstein Memorial contains a nice statue with quotes on the back. Formulas and astronomical information add to its appeal. A plaque near the memorial provides some nice details about it. The memorial is locating on Constitution Avenue, and if you’re walking from the Lincoln Memorial toward Constitution Avenue, it’s a relatively short walk. During my visit, I saw some kids enjoying climbing on it for a photo. If you’re in the area, the memorial is well worth taking a few minutes or several minutes to visit.
The statue honoring Albert Einstein is very well done. It was a wonderful experience to see such a great likeness of the scientific genius and hero of mine. From all the photos I've seen of him, this is a true to life image, all most like he would rise up and walk the streets of Washington DC. Beautiful memorial.
I don’t know how this isn’t more we’ll known. Since everyone is busy at the Lincoln memorial taking pictures this picture shot isn’t that busy. If you have time, run across the street and get your pictures with this great memorial of Albert. You won’t regret it.
Fun little hidden gem to stop by for tourists who have been to DC before. I love the style of the statue, and it has some cool astronomical designs at Einstein's feet, too.
A very unassuming Memorial to Albert Einstein and I'm sure alot of tourists don't even know it exists. Embedded in the dais are more than 2,700 metal studs representing the location of astronomical objects. Also 3 famous equations and quotes.
