Days Inn Arlington Pentagon Reviews & Ratings
This was a good hotel for the price. Staff was friendly, bed was good. It needs some TLC..some paint, new caulk, but it was clean. If you're going DC and need a cheap clean place to stay I recommend it. Ready to get to DC. Restaurants close by. Breakfast is toast, cereal or yogurt but Mcdonald's is across the street. The best customer service —would give 5 stars for that.
Old hotel. Convenient location. Restaurants and fast food within walking distance. Bobbie was very friendly and helpful.
My daughters and I are from California and are here because my older child is going to start college in a week. This is not a vacation trip but a necessary one. I paid in advance and this is my worst hotel stay ever. I would not even stay here if I didn't pre-pay for the hotel 4 months ago and can't get my money back. First I tried to talk to the hotel clerk about the keys not working and the mold in the bathroom and was given new keys that still dont work and ignored about the mold (he pretended not to hear me at all. Then I contacted Wyndham via email to try and remedy this situation after we got here and found out how bad it is and got no response. So frustrated! The gym and laundry room are out of service ( and these amenities are the main reason I chose this hotel), there is no pool, our room keys never work, the curtains are old and torn, the ceiling has dark spots all over it, the bathroom has mold, none of the light switches in the main room work, the extractor in the bathroom is broke, everything is covered in a fine layer of dust, the walls are dirty the chairs are stained, the outside stairs are crumbling, we found a multitude of long black hairs in the restroom and many, many more problems.Do Not Stay Here. This hotel is way overpriced for the quality and no one cares to listen when a paying customer is concerned. If I had the money I would go somewhere else immediately but unfortunately am stuck here. First and only time!!!
The single worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, there were bugs flying around, and the soaps were opened and used already. I genuinely considered sleeping in the airport rather than spending the night in this room. The door is accessible from the outside and I did not feel safe in the room. DO NOT stay here. I will never be returning to a days inn, and I will discourage everyone I know from staying at a days inn. If you do happen to stay at this hotel, ask for room 214, as I left bed bug spray in the drawer so the next person won't have to buy their own.
Great stop over on our road trip! Basic motel, super clean, and the staff will bend over backwards for you. Can’t thank them enough!
