  • The hotel and room were gorgeous! The bed was so comfortable that we just sank into it as it cradled us to sleep. And the location is perfect. Close to everything we need. Thank you for an excellent stay!!

  • It was a rocky start. Our room wasn't available and when they put us in the room it smelled. They quickly gave us a new room with a view of D.C. It wasn't a great view but it was a view. I asked management to give us an upgrade because of the inconvenience but they didn't. One morning they ran out of coffee. Coffee is complimentary so you can't really complain. Nonetheless, the staff gave me and my girlfriend coupons for lattes. The beds were very comfortable the TV was small. They were pet friendly!

  • Very clean, modern, good services, good hospitality. The hotel is close to a subway station, which provides access to major Washington attractions in 10 minutes, about 1 hour by walk, but it's very nice run! I would given 5 stars, but there are two points a little disappointing. The first one is specific to my room, but the view was not good, at about 15 feet, I had a big machine with a red light. For me, the view is not so important, but in this case, it was a bit to much. The other problem, more general, is that there are a lot of planes passing low. It's noisy some time.

  • Gorgeous room. Nice location. Bathroom was a little small but quaint and cute. They have a unique remote control for the TV. The parking garage is a bit costly.

  • Place was not as advertised. Arrived to lotions bottles that were already opened and a broken sink. Our six year old opened the tv to a porn channel--are you kidding me? You need to pay $15 a day for parking, and that only allows you to leave once a day, leaving additional times requires more money, absolutely ridiculous. No refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave in the room-usually pretty standard in hotels of this level. Layout is weird too-you have to take two separate elevators to get to your room. Once to get to the main lobby and a different one from there to get to your room. We needed to connect more than 4 devices to the wifi for work purposes and hotel said that 4 was the limit and gave us no other options. Staff were not accommodating at all. Definitely do not recommend this place. Very disappointed. Would leave 0 stars if possible.
