Marian Koshland Science Museum Reviews & Ratings
Fun and interesting. We thought it'd be a bit bigger, but still enjoyed ourselves. The activities in this museum are geared more towards older children, probably ages 12+
It no longer available, its gone, dont look for it. I truly wasted my gas, parking meter money, and time for an hour long following my gps then asking around, where one of the cab drivers nicely told me the science museum was closed down last year. Such a boomer.😑😞
This is an ideal place for a school field trip to learn about science, but not the best place to go if your by yourself to have fun because it's more of a learning place. Also the guy at the desk was rude and looked like he didn't want to be there or cared about anything.
Pretty cool place. I chaperoned a field trip for my youngest son's class. I really enjoyed the interactive exhibits and the staff seemed knowledgeable and patient with the kids. I didn't give 5 stars because the field trip seemed a bit unorganized which could have taken away from the children's experience.
Only one floor of exhibits (a lot of the stuff they list on their website is online only). You can do a lot more at the free museums at DC but they are generally more crowded which is why we tried this place. To its credit, staff is very friendly and helpful and pretty much all of the exhibits are interactive, making this an entertaining and educational place to spend maybe 1-2 hours.
