St Augustine Church Reviews & Ratings
I believe I'm going to join this Catholic church. The 12:30pm mass on Sundays offers gospel singing. Very diverse parishioners (I like that), very dedicated to the community. I love it.
The Gospel Mass at 12:30pm, on Sunday mornings is food for the soul! I am a member of St. Matthews’ Cathedral, but, St. Augustine’s feels like my true spiritual home. Thank you, all, for giving me the privilege to worship in such a joyful and amazing service.
The architectural design, the oldest Catholic Church in Washington DC, and the acoustics for Catholic Church choirs is phenomenal
The choir is dynamic!!!! The Pastor is a great orator, he's truly a "Man of God!"
Super welcoming people! Powerful Gospel choir that allowed the Holy Spirit to move me to tears. So joyful. What an incredible experience of what church can be! This parish has much to teach other parishes. They pray the rosary before the 12:30 Sunday Mass. The art and architecture lift one's heart to heaven. The glory of God was manifest during the Mass. I thank God for the opportunity to visit and I hope you will some day. Peace of Christ be with you
