St. John's Episcopal Church, Lafayette Square Reviews & Ratings
Awesome, St John's is where I go when I am in DC. This is my most favorite place. The church is peaceful. Love it. You are truly welcome here at St Johns Thank you for your friendliness. I will pray one day the church, I went to at one time will be friendly as you are and truly showed..And the church is close to the White House.
Beautiful church, nice congregation. Fantastic view of the White House itself. Slightly disappointed as I wanted to see the President, preferably Nixon, though I have now been informed of his tragic death. Sad. Cat also loved.
This is a beautiful church and community. The music was glorious and the people are kind and welcoming.
Open 9am to 3PM. Simple church but beautiful. We caught a mass at 12:10 it was lovely with few participants. So interesting to visit the church of the Presidents.
Very pretty and historic church right across from Lafayette Park and the White House. I only gave 3 stars because I didn't have time to go inside on this trip. I believe all of our presidents have attended mass here.
