Captain William Clark Park Reviews & Ratings

  • This was a beautiful Park, and we had an amazing time here. Very well maintained. It has everything you need for family fun. The beaches were Sandy and beautiful. We would definitely come back to

  • Not sure I want to share this review as it's a coveted spot. 😀 An enjoyable, adventure walk on the beach, low or high tide, without driving to the coast. Forget it in the summer as it's packed wall to wall bodies. But when school is back in, it's a haven. Pets are allowed and I see lots of dog walkers coming over from the causeway to the beach. But please scoop the poop people. Walk a little further up and see Beavers damn. Great historical site for education and learning moments with the well placed signage and interesting stories. Never gets old. Another perk of living in the great PNW.

  • Beautiful all sand south facing beach on a mellow stretch of the mighty Columbia River. Great bit of Lewis and Clark history. Benches, picnic tables, swimming, decent parking.

  • Good little trail and beach to explore. Lots of little cotton flying around, my pup loves chasing them. The beaches have clean, soft sand to walk on.

  • The best thing is: it's free. Was there a few weeks ago. If you love sand and other people's dogs, go for it. I prefer splash pads.
