Weehawken Waterfront Park And Recreation Center Reviews & Ratings
Great place to do various exercises and take beautiful pictures as well. I personally do my leg days here. Running on track, squats, lunges you name it. Hudson river doesn't scream fresh waters by any means but it does feel great running along the riverside. There are also tennis courts, but sadly, you'll need to be a resident in the area or play with someone who lives in the area. Bathrooms are usable. Park attendants are quite friendly. This place makes you feel free and peaceful.
This is a gorgeous park with fantastic views of Manhattan. You can walk along the waterfront path, walk around the track, enjoy some tennis, play in the grass, or bring your children to any of the newly renovated playgrounds. There are also workout/exercise stations and newly redone softball and soccer fields. Stop by to catch a game or just enjoy the weather and the view. Since the park is so close to the water, it tends to be a few degrees colder than the upper parts of Weehawken, so bring a sweater just in case it gets breezy.
Beautiful rec center! New, clean, well maintained, on site parking available, best views, and on the water. Fun for the whole family with playgrounds for the little ones too.
Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. There are climbing ropes, nets and a plethora of other things for them to do. There are a series of parks on the waterfront. It is great to walk or bike between them. The views of NYC are spectacular. There are also some pretty good restaurants both North and south of the park. It is really nice for the family.
Very nice view of the most overrated City in the world! The track is fresh and there are attractive people exercising here. (Men/Women, could be other genders but I don't recognize them because let's face it, it's nonsense) There is a public bathroom to use which was clean.
