  • We arrived late in the day and were promptly greeted and quickly settled in our room. We had 2 young children with us and had ample room. The buffet breakfast was great, they even provided us a take out box for the kids to take some fruit and pastries for their journey. Loved the kids play area in the reception area. Fast check out. Car park was a good size and we easily found a space, can I suggest including the price of parking in the cost of the stay.

  • We had a fantastic stay, everything was spotless clean, very comfortable beds, great showers. Food was lovely both room service and at the restaurant. Staff were helpful and friendly. The kids area was brill as was the swimming pool. I thought we would have been bothered by plane noise but heard nothing, only down side was we were not able to stay longer.

  • Had a decent 1 night stay. Staff and Dining( breakfast buffet was excellent) were top notch. Room was nice as we had a suite with pullout sofa. Room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. There were 3 of us. The only concern that we had is that the shower, tub and Sink were in one room and with out a toilet. The toilet was in a separate water closet, but there was no sink to wash hands etc. We regarded this as an inconvenience and not very hygienic. If our shower/tub area was in use, we could not wash up after using the toilet. We requested a room change and unfortunately the entire hotel, with the exception of the handicap rooms which have a toilet in bath room, along with Sink and Shower/Tub ( we were told there were 5 on the ground Floor and all were occupied), were designed the same. I think the design should be re evaluated when building future Hotels. However, other than the inconvenience of the toilet, the Hotel was quite nice and the Staff was excellent. In the same token, it's close proximity to Heathrow is a plus.OK for an overnight stay, even with toilet location. If you are travelling by yourself, then the toilet issue is not as important an issue.

  • Lovely staff, good-sized rooms and fresh, clean bathroom, nice and quiet. However, the "fast check-in" opted for was non-existent as there was a huge queue at Reception and no effort to separate the fast check-in guests and deal with them quickly; couldn't charge anything to the room - had to pay for everything (restaurant, bar, room service) as you went along. The phone in the room was not working and even though reported (to a man in an office near Reception as the queue at Reception was too long) that night nothing was done about it until reported for a second time the following day. That meant that ordering room service required going downstairs to the restaurant to order (and pay) for it - defeating the purpose of room service somewhat. Had to go downstairs for new room keys twice as keys kept failing. Long queues at Reception every time. Fast check out was good.

  • We arrived at Novotel sometime after midnight on 6/14/17. We had missed our connecting flight and the airline at fault sent us to Novotel with accommodation vouchers for the night. However, upon arrival we discovered that the airline company was even more horrendous than previously thought, as they had never called to confirm reservations for us or check vacancy. So, here we are sitting in the lobby of Novotel in the middle of the night just waiting for our worst airline nightmare to end and get back home to the U.S. The guest services employee that night, I cannot remember his name to give full credit, but he was outstanding. He found a reservation that no one showed up for and gave us the room which just so happened to be a suite. Not to mention he made us room service pizza at 1:30 a.m. because he knew we never had the chance to eat dinner. We were only there for one night and by complete coincidence at that, but our experience was excellent none the less. We were really impressed with the quality of service we received considering our situation. If we ever return to London on a planned trip we would definitely stay at the Novotel again.
