  • Wonderful stay at Knockranny. Fabulous room, attentive and relaxing spa treatment with wonderfully welcoming and accommodating staff. Will definitely return as I was over all very impressed.

  • Great place, and my friend davideen is getting married there. He's so great and this place is great too. We hope he will be very happy there.

  • Really wished I could write a better review, but unfortunately I can't. I got to the hotel at 11.30am, after travelling since 5am, I wanted to have a coffee and was told I could not order one until 12pm. There was no bottled water in the room or even in a mini bar, so was without. The service was appalling in the lounge. I tried to order a tea so many times for my mum and dad before thier journey home and had to go to the bar in the end, as i asked the staff and it never happened. Staff have not been that friendly or helpful. Food was perfect though. Although right near my clients, I will be looking for somewhere else to stay next time. Such a shame, as beautiful hotel.

  • I was in this hotel during the day for something to eat. The decor confused me. Although both the reception area and the restaurant both had lovely decor, the reception area had a traditional period style which seemed in keeping with the style of the hotel but the restaurant was decorated in a very modern style. Perhaps they plan to update the whole hotel. The dining area is gorgeous but I think keeping with the period style of hotel would be nicer. However, the views were absolutely gorgeous! The food was really tasty, reasonably priced and the staff were polite and attentive. Judging on what I've seen of the hotel, I imagine the rooms are luxurious and very comfortable.

  • Went to spa for massage, manicure and swim and afternoon tea. Spa, swim etc excellent with lovely staff. Afternoon tea very nice in the lounge upstairs - beautiful view, great staff but felt lounge could be made more comfortable and welcoming. Really enjoyed my visit nonetheless and will definitely go back again.
